Deepen their understanding of CLM Leadership for today in preparedness for the CLM future. (Building resilience during times of change, vulnerability, and courage.)

Share the current reality of CLM RMU. (CLM Discernment Report; Society’s Review report; RMU Reports; Courageous Conversation Feedback.)

Share wisdom and make decisions for CLM future structures. (Mindful of potential for reform within the Columban Society, the concept of the "new Far East", and the need for innovative and creative thinking.)

Prepare responses for General Council feedback.

Convene, discern and hold Central Leadership Team Election.

Guided Reflection Questions for the RMU Reports:
Take some time well in advance of the International Meeting to read and review the RMU Reports. Use the following questions for reflection and record your responses in a journal and bring these along with you to the International Meeting.
